The impact of mechanisms of inhibitory of ISIL on National Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The formation of ISIL's physical centers of gravities in Iraq and Syria led to the creation of mechanisms to inhibit and eradicate this threat at three levels: internal, regional, and systematic. But the different essence of play and profit of interested actors within the framework of various forms of friendship-hostility made the possibility that the mechanisms created within the framework of power struggles would also be applied.

Thus, the effect of inhibitory mechanisms of ISIL based on a model of traditional hostilities affecting the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran, considered some possibilities such as the internal transmutation of the Middle East security complex, the regional collapse resulting from the direct entry of powers outside this complex and the overthrow of its intrinsic scrutiny.

These possibilities led to the question that what is the effect of inhibitory mechanisms of ISIL in Iraq and Syria on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran?

Hence, on the basis of existing issues and the questions surrounding them, this hypothesis was proposed that all the inhibitory mechanisms of ISIL in Iraq and Syria

Within the framework of a systematic counter-terrorism struggle have a positive effect on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran,

But in the long run and within the framework Power struggles, part of these mechanisms which are outside Iran's control, have a negative impact on Iran's national security in the security and political spheres.

Accordingly, by using the mixed method, these issues were described and analyzed and the related questions were answered in five chapters.""

The generalities of the research were explained in the first chapter and in the second chapter with the aim of better analysis of results, the theoretical foundations of regional security in the Middle East regional security complex, center of gravity, proxy relationships, guerrillas, and pro-government paramilitary forces were described. In the third chapter the history of ISIL's existence and its impact on Iran's national security were described, and in the fourth chapter the inhibitory mechanisms of ISIL were analyzed. The fifth chapter was devoted to summarizing and concluding the finds based on the theoretical principles outlined in the second chapter.
